Prepare and update product briefs, development timelines, and sample trackers
Coordinate with third-party partners—formulators, manufacturers, packaging suppliers, and compliance experts
Organize product documentation for regulatory filings and certifications

Conduct trend and market research to enrich product concepts

Job description
As (Junior) Product Developer, you’ll work closely with our Director of Product and be supported day-to-day by the Commercial Director in our Head Office. You’ll play an active role in developing new beauty products while also managing key operational and administrative workflows. This is a great opportunity for a self-starting graduate or early-career talent (0–2 years of experience) who wants to learn the inner workings of the beauty industry from the ground up.
Requirements
A recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for cosmetics and product development
Detail-oriented, structured, and naturally curious
Proactive and independent—you’re comfortable figuring things out as you go
A confident communicator with solid English skills (Dutch is a plus)
Competent in basic tools like Excel, Google Drive, and task trackers
Flexible and hands-on—happy to juggle development tasks and admin
Experience through internships or work in beauty, FMCG, or consulting is a bonus
